Is it safe to scrape Sales Navigator with Vayne?
Vayne runs entirely in the cloud, with no browser extension. With your own session, requests are throttled to stay within normal usage patterns and your session is used only for your own orders. In cookie-less mode your account is never connected at all, so there is nothing to put at risk.
Do I need a Sales Navigator subscription?
With your own session, yes: Vayne works on top of your Sales Navigator Core or Advanced subscription. In cookie-less mode Vayne supplies the LinkedIn session, so you do not need one.
How many profiles can I scrape per day?
Up to 15,000 profiles a day with your own session. Searches larger than 2,500 results are split automatically so you get full coverage. Cookie-less orders take up to 5,000 profiles each. There is no daily limit in cookie-less mode.
How much does it cost?
One credit per profile with your own session, two credits per delivered profile in cookie-less mode. Undelivered profiles are refunded. Plans start at $29 a month for 10,000 credits and there is a free tier to try it.
What data is extracted?
Name, LinkedIn URL, headline, current title, company, company website and LinkedIn URL, industry, employee count, Open Profile status, connections, skills, languages and certifications, plus Vayne's ICP match flag and duplicate detection. Email and phone enrichment can be added to the same order.
How does the ICP validation work?
After the scrape, Vayne compares each profile with your original search filters across all of the person's current positions. Profiles that do not fully match are flagged with the fields that differ, so you can filter them out before outreach.
Can I schedule recurring searches?
Yes. Automations run a search daily, weekly or monthly and deliver the file to a webhook, so tools like Make, n8n or your CRM receive fresh leads without anyone logging in.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Vayne fetches public professional data at the moment you ask and does not build or resell a database. Processing B2B contact data for prospecting generally relies on legitimate interest; your own compliance team remains responsible for how the data is used.
Is there an API?
Yes. The REST API lets you create orders, connect a session, check credits, estimate a search and retrieve results as CSV or JSON. The same operations are exposed as MCP tools for AI agents.
